A native of Los Angeles, Dennis Clark adds an exciting dimension to Gabby Hanna with his LA musical  influences and energy.  As a bassist he's played with Needles and Pins (Rhino Records), the Robert Stoddard Band (Elektra) and Jack Lee (Lolita Alive Records). Rediscovering his acoustic roots, he delved into finger-style and slide guitar  and added these to his musical toolbox.   These new interests led to the formation of an acoustic band, The Standards, which became an LA fixture for years until Covid happened.  Dennis's masterful command of guitar, steel/lap guitar and bass brings depth and texture to the duo's music.
